At City Chain Singapore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request, or contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including the warranty card, instruction manual, and any promotional gifts received with the purchase.

  Drop Off or Courier

  Choose between returning the item at any City Chain boutique across Singapore or scheduling a courier pickup through our online portal.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7 to 14 business days.
